  • We ensure all bicycles are delivered in ready-to-use condition.

3. Delivery Policy

We provide delivery only to selected locations:

Konnagar, Rishra, Serampore, Sheoraphuli, Hindmotor, Uttarpara, Bally, Dankuni

  • Delivery is restricted within a 2 km radius of the selected station
  • Customers must select the correct delivery station while placing the order
  • Orders outside the serviceable area may be cancelled

4. Order Process & Confirmation

  • After placing an order:
    • Our sales team will contact you for confirmation
    • Product details and availability will be verified
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
    • Request additional information before confirming the order

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Full payment must be made before order confirmation

6. Inspection at Delivery

  • At the time of delivery:
    • Customers must inspect the bicycle carefully
    • Our delivery partner will confirm that the product is received in proper condition
  • Any damage or issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver fully assembled bicycles
  • Delivery responsibility lies entirely with our team
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during confirmation

At the time of delivery:

  • Customers must inspect the product carefully
  • Delivery will be considered complete once confirmed by the customer.

8. Returns & Cancellation Policy

  • No general return or cancellation policy is applicable once the order is confirmed

Exceptions:

  • Returns are accepted only in case of major damage during delivery.
  • Any issue must be reported at the time of delivery.

9. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty can be claimed using:
    • Physical bill provided during delivery
    • Invoice shared via email
  • Customers must keep their purchase invoice safe
  • Warranty claims are subject to brand/manufacturer terms.

10. Free Service & After-Sales Support

  • We provide free service within 1 month of purchase
  • Customers must visit our offline store to avail this service
  • All after-sales services are handled at our physical store locations

  • Customers can request product consultation before purchase

12. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for:
    • Improper use of the bicycle after delivery
    • Damage caused due to misuse or negligence
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product
